In order to ensure the safe and reliable storage of biological samples and the data traceability, Huizhou Central Hospital uses Danclan Kirin Cloud Wireless Monitoring System, including vapor phase liquid nitrogen tank monitors, oxygen concentration monitors, humidity&temperature monitors and refrigerator monitors to meet the needs of GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory requirements for biological sample storage.
Smart Sensor T1 is a wireless temperature and humidity sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -20~60°C) and humidity (0~100% RH). It has built-in high-capacity and high-performance disposable battery, with an effective working duration of about two years. When the temperature and humidity data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the data repeated according to the natural frequency (10minutes/time).
Smart Sensor T2 is a wireless temperature sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -200° C~200° C). There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C), and the device is placed in the normal temperature environment outside and the sensor probe is placed in the detected environment inside. When the temperature data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).
Smart Sensor G1 is a gas wireless sensor.It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring oxygen concetration(0~30%VOL). This oxygen sensor is suitable for the environment of all liquid nitrogen tanks. When the oxygen concentration data are collected, they will be transmitted to the data repeater according to the natural frequency(10 minutes/time).
Smart Read-Box is Thermo/MVE vapor phase LN2 tank data collector. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring two-point temperature and liquid level. There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C). When installation, it connected to the port RJ-45 of vapor phase LN2 tank control system. When the temperature and liquid level data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).
Kirin Cloud Management Platform
This system has self-adaption networking, easy installation, convenient use, accurate data, reliable running and safe transmission. The data is collected by various smart sensors, and then transmitted to smart box and uploaded to Kirin cloud platform through 4G or WIFI network.
