Kirin Cloud Temperature and Humidity Wireless Monitor System

Kirin cloud temperature and humidity wireless monitoring system consists of three parts: low-power consumption wireless data sensor (Smart Sensor T1/T2/T2-D), large-capacity wireless data repeater (Smart T-Box) and Kirin cloud management platform (Kirin Cloud). The system can monitor the environment and equipment in a strict way:
①Environment monitoring: in warehouse, clean room, blood bank, pharmacy, cold storage, animal house and laboratory, etc;
② Equipment monitoring: such as liquid nitrogen tank, ultra-low temperature freezer, refrigerator, incubator, freezer, stability test chamber and oven, etc.

Smart Sensor T1 is a wireless temperature and humidity sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -20~60°C) and humidity (0~100% RH). It has built-in high-capacity and high-performance disposable battery, with an effective working duration of about two years. When the temperature and humidity data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the data repeated according to the natural frequency (10minutes/time).

Smart Sensor T2 is a wireless temperature sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -200° C~200° C). There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C), and the device is placed in the normal temperature environment outside and the sensor probe is placed in the detected environment inside. When the temperature data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).

Smart sensor T2-D is a dual-temperature wireless sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring dual-temperature (-200°C~200°C). There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is (-20° C~ 50° C), and the device is placed in the normal temperature environment outside and the sensor probe is placed in the detected environment inside. When the temperature data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).

Smart T-box is a wireless data repeater. It is a highly integrated IOT module with mobile 4G (type G) and WIFI (type W) functions to transmit monitoring data. It has built-in high-capacity and high-performance rechargeable lithium battery. The effective working duration of the battery can reach about 3 days even in the condition of power failure. The working environment is ( -20° C~50° C). When installed, the repeater and sensor are located in the same room that has power supply. Under normal networking condition, the received data from sensor will be kept in the Kirin cloud management platform according to natural frequency (10 minutes/time); Under abnormal networking condition, the received data from sensor will be kept in the local till the recovery of networking, and to Kirin cloud management platform.
