Danclan Services for Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital

In order to solve the "bottleneck" problem of scientific research and accelerate the improvement of the hospital's scientific and technological innovation ability, Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital launched the medical research and transformation center project.

To ensure safe and reliable cell storage, traceable operation data, and meet the management requirements of GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, the Medical Research and Transformation Center of Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital used Danclan Kirin Cloud Wireless Monitoring System and gas-phase liquid nitrogen tanks, supply tanks and other products.

Cryobiobank series liquid nitrogen tanks provide excellent protection for biological samples. Based on the strict operation of Cryomonitor 3000 intelligent LN2 management system to ensure the safety of sample and the traceability of data. The tank adopts high-quality stain steel, casters and brake equipment, and large neck opening for easy storage. With integrated folding step (partial models), and lid with ergonomic design, so that the tank can be safe and easy to use. This tank can store samples in both vapor/gas phase and liquid phase, and it can ensure excellent temperature uniformity and stability even when the lid is opened for a long time.

Cryostor series tank is mainly used for storing liquid nitrogen in central laboratories. It uses less liquid in the container to gasify to generate pressure, so that the container automatically discharges liquid, thus supplementing liquid for other containers.

Smart sensor G1 is a gas wireless sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring oxygen concentration (0~30%VOL). When the concentration data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the data repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).

Smart sensor T1 is a wireless temperature and humidity sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -20~60°C ) and humidity ( 0~100% RH ). When the temperature and humidity data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the data repeater according to the natural frequency (10minutes/time ).

Smart sensor T2 is a wireless temperature sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -200° C~200° C ). There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one year. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C), and the equipment body is placed in the normal temperature environment outside and the sensor probe is placed in the detected environment inside. When the temperature data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).
