Kirin Cloud Monitors for Yunnan Cell Engineering Center

Yunnan Cell Engineering Center has laid out a whole cell industry chain, including storage, testing, CGMP cell manufacturing and treatment area for blood test, physical examination and customized cell. Their main business includes cell quality testing and evaluation, cell process development, CDMO and CMO service for contract manufacturing, cell or tissue storage and other services.

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of cell storage and traceability of operation data, and meet the management requirements of GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Yunnan Cell Engineering Center has used Danclan Kirin Cloud Wireless Monitor System, including vapor phase liquid nitrogen tank monitor, carbon dioxide incubator monitor, freezer monitor and others.

Smart Read-Box is Thermo/MVE gas phase LN2 tank data collector. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring two-point temperature and liquid level. There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C). When installation, it connected to the port RJ-45 of vapor phase LN2 tank control system. When the temperature and liquid level data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).

This monitor solution is suitable for all Thermo/MVE vapor phase tanks for liquid level and temperature monitoring demands. Not only can monitor the liquid level and temperature in real time, but also remote monitoring and remote alarms can be realized, making the whole system easy to use and excellent reliability. The operation safety and data traceability of the Thermo/MVE vapor phase tanks are guaranteed.

Smart Sensor G3 is a Thermo carbon dioxide incubator electric wireless sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with four functions of collecting carbon dioxide concentration, temperature, oxygen concentration and humidity (different monitoring index according to different incubator model). This sensor is suitable for all the Thermo carbon dioxide incubator (already matched 4-20mA output keysets), and connected to the keysets of incubator.

This device can not only monitor the internal conditions of the carbon dioxide incubator in real time, but also integrated the technology of the Internet of Things. Users can log in to the Kirin Cloud Platform at any time to realize remote monitor and remote alarm, thus ensuring the safety of the device and the traceability of data.

Smart Sensor T2 is a wireless temperature sensor. It is a highly integrated IOT module with functions of monitoring temperature ( -200° C~200° C). There is built-in rechargeable lithium battery with large capacity and high performance, and its effective working duration can reach about one years. The working environment of the sensor is ( -20°C~ 50°C), and the device is placed in the normal temperature environment outside and the sensor probe is placed in the detected environment inside. When the temperature data are collected, the collected data are transmitted to the repeater according to the natural frequency (10 minutes/time).

This device can not only monitor warehouses, clean rooms, blood banks, pharmacies, cold storage, animal rooms, laboratories and others, but also monitor liquid nitrogen tanks, ULT refrigerators, incubators, freezers, testing chambers, ovens and other device. With data repeater, the monitoring data can be transmitted to the Kirin Cloud Platform in real time for remote monitor and remote alarm.
